Senior Salesforce Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions supporting critical business functions
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for pricing, product configuration, and quoting
• Serve as subject matter expert and technical advisor on Salesforce technologies
• Design and build advanced customizations, flows, and logic for quoting workflows, discount approvals, renewals, subscriptions, and billing integration
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in Salesforce development and deployment
• Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using web services and APIs
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards for code quality and performance
• Oversee and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies
• Provide strategic input and technical leadership in platform optimization, security, and scalability
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, especially CPQ, and assess impact on current implementations
• Document technical specifications and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
• 1+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ development (plus)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required)
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer (preferred)
• Advanced experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
• Deep understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, AWS RDS)
• Expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices including Git, Jenkins, Jira, Copado or Gearset for CI/CD
• Experience with Omnistudio and Experience Cloud (plus)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
