Full job description

Senior Salesforce Developer role at Criteo Internal IT to design, build, and scale Salesforce solutions across Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CLM supporting commercial processes. Responsibilities include solution architecture, advanced development using Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestrator, OmniStudio components, and integrations via MuleSoft and BRIM. Provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, collaborate with global teams, and mentor junior developers. Requires 7+ years Salesforce development experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce data model, OmniStudio/Media Cloud experience preferred, and strong integration skills. Hybrid working model based in Gurgaon, India.

What you'll do

  • Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex functional areas including Pardot integrations, Lead-to-Quote/Quote-to-Cash flows, and Contract/Subscription management
  • Develop high performance logic using Apex, LWC, and Flow Orchestrator
  • Build advanced OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards) for Media Cloud
  • Design and implement event driven architectures and manage integrations via MuleSoft and BRIM
  • Act as guardian of code quality and platform stability through code reviews and best practices
  • Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Release Managers to ensure technical feasibility and roadmap alignment
  • Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or refactoring
  • Mentor and coach junior developers
  • Work effectively within an Agile environment collaborating with global teams across Europe and the US

Requirements

  • 7+ years of intensive Salesforce development experience in large scale environments
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce data model
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and/or Media Cloud is highly desirable
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP, APIs, and Middleware (MuleSoft experience is a plus)
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership
