Full job description
Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director role based in London (hybrid). Lead UK growth and scale agency partnerships for Silverpush, a company specializing in AI-powered contextual advertising technology. Responsibilities include exceeding revenue targets, prospecting and closing new business, managing sales pipeline, leading strategic conversations, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 5+ years in digital media sales with experience in YouTube, OLV, or programmatic, strong agency and brand connections, and a proven track record in high-value deal closing. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Use of CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and MS Office expected.

- Exceed revenue targets and consistently outperform KPIs, driving exceptional growth
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and decision-makers
- Be the go-to expert for Silverpush’s contextual solutions and vision across your agency patch
- Build and manage a high-impact sales pipeline
- Lead strategic conversations and forge C-level relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results
- Stay sharp with CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and MS Office
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital media sales, with strong experience in YouTube, OLV, or programmatic
- Experience in managed services sales is desirable but not mandatory
- A serious black book of agency and brand decision-makers
- A proven track record of hunting and closing high-value deals
- Deep understanding of the evolving digital media landscape
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
