Full job description
The role is a senior sales position focused on managing the Publicis group portfolio to maximize ad spend within the Equativ ecosystem. Responsibilities include selling media solutions, building relationships with agencies and advertisers, diversifying touchpoints, organizing meetings and events, developing a sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates must have 10+ years of sales experience, strong relationships within Publicis, knowledge of Salesforce, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving adtech environment. The position is based in Paris, France.
What you'll do
- Manage Publicis group portfolio (agencies and advertisers)
- Maximize ad spend in Equativ ecosystem by targeting right products
- Sell Equativ’s media solutions (Insertion Orders / programmatic marketplaces)
- Diversify touchpoints across agency departments and brands
- Organize one-to-one meetings, educational sessions, attend industry events
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Build a large pipeline of opportunities to increase RFPs and IOs
- Liaise with Product, Marketing, Research & Insights teams for tailored solutions
- Collaborate daily with Account Managers for budget delivery and uplifts
- Coordinate strategic initiatives with agency and direct client partners
- Prospect and identify sales opportunities within agency landscape
- Achieve or exceed individual and business unit revenue goals
- Address technical issues and escalate internally when needed
- Simplify Equativ offers for clients and manage full sales lifecycle
Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in Sales
- Strong expertise and relationships within Publicis group
- Confident with changing ecosystem including AI and new platform features
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize solutions that bring recurrent revenue and scale
- Rigorous portfolio management, prospection, booking and forecasting
- Perseverant with a business development mindset
- Bi/tri lingual including English
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM/PRM tool)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to follow-through
- Curious and passionate about adtech and media/tech ecosystem
