Xapads Media seeks a senior Media Sales professional to drive branding-led digital advertising growth in Vietnam. The role focuses on building new business opportunities, expanding advertiser and agency relationships, and delivering brand-focused digital solutions supported by performance capabilities. Responsibilities include business development, client and agency relationship management, revenue ownership, solution selling, campaign strategy, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have 7+ years of digital media sales experience with a strong network in the Vietnam digital ecosystem, proven sales cycle management, expertise in branding solutions, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role is field-driven in Ho Chi Minh City, requiring presence at agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces, not a work-from-home position.

What you'll do

  • Identify and onboard new advertisers and media agencies for branding-led digital campaigns
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners in Vietnam
  • Strengthen existing partnerships while expanding into new accounts
  • Own and manage revenue targets for the Vietnam market
  • Drive consistent growth through new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Understand client objectives and develop customised branding-first proposals (supported by performance where required)
  • Present strategic recommendations and campaign ideas aligned with client KPIs
  • Apply a metrics-driven approach to business planning and execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams across operations, supply, and product to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Align with regional leadership on growth objectives and market strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media sales (branding-heavy)
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
  • Strong network within the Vietnam digital ecosystem (brands, agencies, partners)
  • Experience building and scaling a client base from the ground up
  • Strong expertise in branding solutions with working knowledge of performance models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working in AdTech or branding-led digital environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to cross-market or regional sales roles (preferred)
