Senior Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Drive sales planning and strategies for acquiring new clients to achieve regional growth targets
• Collaborate across teams to boost regional growth
• Partner with marketing to support development and execution of client-focused marketing programs and sales materials
• Develop privileged relationships with existing key accounts and acquire new clients to broaden market presence
• Partner with Client Success team to onboard new clients as appropriate
• Work closely with Managing Director, North Asia to enhance customer experience and drive company core values
• Identify market trends and opportunities, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to leverage growth opportunities
• Collaborate with brand and product development teams to ensure alignment with market needs
• Travel within the region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior sales role within Programmatic, AdTech, MarTech, and digital media spaces
• Strong relationships and contacts with media agencies and brands within the Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality sectors, especially in Hong Kong
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Professional proficiency in English and business fluency in Mandarin (written, spoken, and for business negotiations)
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and data-driven marketing
• Expertise in direct client sales
