Senior Sales Manager role based in Germany reporting to Group Agency Director in London. Responsible for driving agency growth and commercial momentum through new business development, agency engagement, and sales execution. Key duties include generating new business opportunities, mapping stakeholders, converting opportunities with proposals, leading sales from prospecting to close, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining communication, and building long-term client relationships. Requires significant experience in digital, data, analytics or programmatic sales with agencies in Germany, strong omnichannel monetisation knowledge, excellent presentation and storytelling skills, fluency in German and English, and a growth-oriented mindset.
