Full job description

Senior Sales Manager role to build and maintain strategic agency relationships, educate customers on Seedtag’s advertising solutions, pitch tailored digital solutions, manage WPP agencies in the UK and International hubs, meet revenue goals, and optimize sales pipeline using Salesforce. Requires 5-7 years digital media sales experience, strong agency relationship management, strategic selling skills, and ability to work independently and in teams. What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with agency customers
  • Educate customers on Seedtag’s advertising solutions and campaign capabilities
  • Proactively pitch tailored digital solutions to generate excitement and unlock business growth
  • Become the main point of contact within nominated agencies
  • Develop a deep understanding of agencies across all clients, verticals, and internal teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and ways to achieve preferred partnership status within agencies
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals and actively contribute to business growth
  • Forecast accurately and maintain the health of the sales pipeline, providing regular updates on commercial performance
  • Oversee day-to-day management of WPP agencies across the UK and International hubs
  • Create persuasive sales presentations based on client insights, industry trends, and performance results
  • Implement best practices for client interaction, sales processes, and campaign delivery
  • Track and optimise activity throughout the sales cycle using Salesforce and other tools

Requirements

  • Experience working with Publicis agencies and a strong understanding of their operating models
  • Proven track record of managing agency relationships
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in digital media sales
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced AdTech environment
  • Excellent communication and strategic selling skills
  • Curious, growth-minded, and eager to keep learning
  • Able to work independently and autonomously, while also thriving as part of a team
  • Proven track record of securing new business, growing key accounts, and surpassing revenue goals
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset, capable of navigating dynamic environments and adapting to change
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
