Full job description
Attain is hiring Senior Sales Account Executives to drive sales of its data and measurement solutions in the ad-tech ecosystem. Candidates must have 6+ years experience in digital media sales or programmatic advertising, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, and proven success in building business with executive contacts and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines in Salesforce, building client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving revenue targets. Positions are full-time with hybrid schedules in New York and Chicago (4 days in-office) or remote in Boston and Los Angeles with weekly client meetings. Candidates must be based in one of these markets. No relocation offered.
What you'll do
- Establish and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies to educate them on Attain’s data set
- Own a sales pipeline in Salesforce and manage leads and opportunities
- Partner closely with internal teams including sales operations, product, and engineering to build solutions
- Maintain frequent touchpoints with clients at all stages of the sales cycle with high customer service
- Plan and prepare week, month, and quarter to align and exceed sales metrics and targets
- Identify core and target customers and explain value proposition based on customer needs
- Anticipate future needs and strategize with key customers
- Achieve increased revenue from assigned agency portfolio while maintaining client satisfaction and retention
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and implement successful campaigns and initiatives
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or programmatic advertising
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, advertising or other related fields
- Experience building business with executive-level contacts and co-selling with cross functional partners to media agencies and brands
- Experience operating within goals and metrics of a standard sales organization, as well as exceeding revenue goals and targets
- Experience exploring and hunting for new sales opportunities and nurturing those into strategic, complex deals and partnerships
- Excellent customer service, project management, analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising and the advertising landscape (DSP/DMP/SSP)
