Full job description
Senior Revenue Operations Manager on Sales Operations team responsible for sales productivity across global go-to-market business. Requires 7+ years in business/revenue/sales operations or FP&A, strong analytical and modeling skills, experience with Salesforce, Vertica, BigQuery, QlikSense, Nexus, and generative AI tools. Responsibilities include owning operating plan, funnel conversion targets, planning rhythm, delivering operating picture for leadership, advising Sales and FP&A, and partnering on quota and incentive design. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office in New York City.
What you'll do
- Own the go-to-market operating plan from a productivity standpoint
- Build and own funnel conversions target and alignment with sales leaders globally, regionally and per market
- Own the planning rhythm and calendar to automate and influence annual and quarterly target-setting, quota rollout, and refresh cadence
