Full job description

The Senior Specialist will manage day-to-day execution and performance of retail media accounts on the Skai Retail Media platform. Responsibilities include campaign builds, budget pacing, bid and structure management, performance analysis, client advising, preparing updates and strategic reviews, building custom reports and automations, coaching team members, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements include hands-on experience with paid ecommerce campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), strong analytical skills, data fluency with Excel, client communication skills, ownership, and curiosity about AI tools like Claude. Preferred experience includes Walmart Connect and DSPs, AMC, other retail media networks, agency background, and global team collaboration. The role is hybrid based in New York City with occasional travel. Salary range is $90,000-100,000 plus bonus eligibility.
