Requirements
10-12 years experience in consumer research / insights
Experience in qualitative and quantitative research across multiple categories and geographies
Ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic recommendations
Ability to decode consumer needs and communicate through storytelling
Competence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience leading primary research methods including interviews, usability testing, diary studies, ethnography, surveys, journey mapping, and prototype evaluations
Ability to design discussion guides, questionnaires, and research frameworks
Experience creating reports and presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides
Experience designing proposals and pitches for client studies
Project management skills to manage projects end to end
Ability to guide junior researchers on qualitative and quantitative projects
