Full job description

The role involves partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to develop hiring strategies and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for product and engineering roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates beyond job boards, ensuring a positive candidate experience, tracking recruiting metrics, collaborating on employer branding, and optimizing recruiting tools and workflows. Candidates should have 5–8 years of recruiting experience focused on product and engineering roles, strong knowledge of the India tech talent market, proficiency with sourcing platforms and ATS, and the ability to influence hiring decisions using data. The position is full-time based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to understand business priorities and hiring needs
  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from workforce planning to offer strategy and closing
  • Source candidates beyond job boards including market mapping, passive candidate engagement, and referral networks
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience reflecting company culture
  • Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with TA marketing on employer branding and storytelling
  • Pilot new recruiting tools and optimize ATS workflows

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Significant focus on product and engineering roles (backend, data, cloud, security, design, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of the India tech talent landscape and competitive benchmarks
  • Experience with inbound and outbound hiring and sourcing platforms
  • Ability to advise leaders and influence hiring decisions using data and insights
  • Curious, strategic, resilient, comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Experience in employer branding campaigns, talent pools, and CRM-based candidate engagement
