Full job description

Technical Recruiter role based in Warsaw to scale Technology and Product teams across Europe and APAC. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple international locations including Poland, UK, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Australia, India, Brazil, and Mexico. Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to define needs and hiring strategy. Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, Boolean search, and other outreach methods. Use ATS (Lever preferred) to track and improve recruitment performance. Collaborate with external agencies and People Ops/HR for onboarding and employer branding. Requires 4+ years technical recruiting experience, knowledge of EMEA talent markets, experience hiring for tech roles in high-growth/startup environments, excellent communication skills, strong sourcing skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer close) for technical roles across multiple international locations
  • Partner with Hiring Managers across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing and more to define needs, shape hiring strategy, and deliver results
  • Champion the candidate experience—guide candidates through interview process with transparency, enthusiasm, and efficiency
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, Boolean search, and creative outreach
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on market insights, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience
  • Use ATS to track, analyze, and improve recruitment performance through metrics and data
  • Partner with external recruiting agencies in specific markets as needed—ensuring alignment on quality, process, and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with People Ops and HR partners to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong new hire experience
  • Help build employer brand across EMEA and APAC through storytelling, events, and creative candidate engagement
  • Contribute to recruiting operations, process improvement, and TA initiatives as the company scales globally

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in scaling tech teams internationally
  • Deep understanding of talent markets in EMEA (especially Poland, UK, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands), and openness to learning about Australia and Taiwan talent landscapes
  • Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or Data roles in high-growth or startup environments
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort navigating complex hiring markets
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across geographies and ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience hiring for high growth fast paced environments
  • Exposure to Ad Tech, Streaming, or Media Tech environments
  • A passion for employer branding and telling a great company story
