StackAdapt is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to improve software quality and test automation in a cross-functional agile environment. Responsibilities include developing automated and functional test scripts for functional, system, API, integration, UI, and regression testing; collaborating with Platform, Product, and DevOps teams to deploy and run automated tests in CI/CD pipelines; providing test feedback; and participating in technical planning and code reviews. Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on test automation experience with frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, Jest, or Junit; knowledge of React; fluency in Javascript, Typescript, Python, or Java; experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, CircleCI; strong understanding of scalable system design; experience with QA methodologies in fast release cycles; experience writing comprehensive test cases; and experience with relational databases and SQL. The role is full-time, remote-first, open to candidates anywhere in North America, with salary ranges $104,000-$143,000 CAD in Canada and $120,000-$165,000 USD in the USA.
