Digital Turbine is hiring a Supply Account Manager for Japan based in Tokyo with a hybrid work environment. The role involves managing and growing relationships with Japanese app publisher partners, driving revenue performance, and maximizing inventory value. Requires 5+ years experience in publisher-facing roles within digital advertising or ad tech, strong knowledge of in-app advertising ecosystem including programmatic advertising and mediation platforms like AdMob and MAX, and native or business-level Japanese. Responsibilities include account management, troubleshooting, educating publishers on monetization strategies, collaborating with global teams, and reporting on publisher performance. Bachelor's degree required.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an existing portfolio of Japanese app publishers across Digital Turbine's supply products
- Drive publisher revenue growth through proactive account management, including regular performance reviews, optimization recommendations, and identification of upsell opportunities
