Full job description

Taboola is seeking a Senior Publisher Account Manager for its Italy business based in Milan with a hybrid work schedule. The role requires 5+ years experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or publishing, strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, and a proven track record in closing complex sales. Responsibilities include leading strategic publisher partnerships, driving audience growth and monetization, data analysis to identify opportunities, and collaborating with product teams. What you'll do

  • Lead strategic enterprise publisher partnerships in the Italian market
  • Develop relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Showcase Taboola’s value proposition to stakeholders to drive audience growth, engagement, and monetization
  • Manipulate data and identify actionable opportunities; monitor and analyze key metrics and implement improvements
  • Maintain deep expertise in Taboola’s platform and articulate benefits to publishers
  • Understand technology and revenue ecosystem to identify upsell opportunities and expand platform adoption
  • Communicate client business intelligence and feature requests to Product Management

Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Italian speaker with medium to high English level
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech or publishing industries
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior executives, product, legal, tech, finance, sales and marketing
  • Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent analytical skills to collect business intelligence and monitor/identify trends
  • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and creative
  • High attention to detail, organized with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Digital advertising experience is a plus, Publisher experience is a major advantage
