The Project Operations Manager will lead project operations for complex or high-value projects, ensuring financial control, KPI monitoring, operational compliance, and reliable reporting. Responsibilities include improving processes, tools, and reporting standards, overseeing project setup and data quality, proactive communication, risk identification, and supporting junior team members. Required skills include advanced project controlling and reporting experience, strong financial and analytical skills, high proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), experience with Microsoft Dynamics (plus), excellent communication and stakeholder management, strong organizational skills, fluent English, and ability to guide others. The role offers hybrid work with flexible hours and is based in Belgrade.
