Senior Project Manager role to lead complex digital experience projects from planning through execution. Requires minimum 5 years project management experience in digital products, websites, or mobile apps. Must have strong knowledge of project management methodologies, digital technologies, UX principles, CMS platforms, and digital marketing. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban preferred. PMP or CSM certification preferred. Role is remote based in Florida with ability to travel as needed. Salary range $99,500 to $140,000 annually. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience focused on digital experiences, digital products, websites, mobile applications, or related initiatives
Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Understanding of digital technologies, UX principles, web and mobile development, CMS platforms, and digital marketing
Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and financial reporting
Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage project metrics and KPIs to drive improvements
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification preferred
Ability to travel as needed
