Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects across product development, commercial initiatives, and internal transformation. Own crisis management framework and support leadership during critical situations. Scope, plan, and execute medium-to-high complexity projects. Drive diverse projects including software development, commercial initiatives, organizational changes, and business systems implementation. Collaborate with project sponsors and leadership to meet goals. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Improve project management frameworks and provide mentorship and training. Requires 4+ years project management experience, proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies, leadership skills, strong communication, and fluency in English. PMP certification and business system implementation experience preferred.
