Full job description
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading medium to large projects including planning, execution, and closure. Manage project scope, schedule, financials, and risks to deliver within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Report status and financials to stakeholders and ensure client acceptance. Coordinate local, remote, and third-party teams. Identify business opportunities and provide consultancy on project concepts. Support proposal creation and mentor project managers. Requires minimum 5 years project management experience in software development or digital delivery (ecommerce, CRM, ERP, CMS), strong communication, leadership skills, and certifications like Prince2, PMP, or Scrum Master. Fluent English required. Hybrid work model based in Belgrade, Serbia.
