Full job description

Senior Project Manager – Content Technology role responsible for overseeing digital experience implementation projects including strategy, creative, and website/mobile app development. Manage project scope, budget, risks, and client relationships. Lead cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently. Develop project plans, budgets, and documentation. Ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement. Requires 7+ years project management experience in digital technology implementations, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and strong client management skills. Position is hybrid with office presence expected three days per week for those within commutable distance. Salary range $78,000 - $126,500.

What you'll do

  • Develop project plans ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and other resources
  • Allocate project resources and monitor usage to increase efficiency
  • Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact
  • Develop project budgets, track expenses, and control costs
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports highlighting milestones and risks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, requirements, change requests, and decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager focused on digital experience technology implementations
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Familiarity with UX design, web and mobile development, CMS, and digital marketing
  • Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation
  • Ability to identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks
  • Experience managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
