Full job description

Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic delivery of enterprise-scale network and cloud infrastructure programs. Responsibilities include governance and execution of infrastructure projects, transitioning from Waterfall to Hybrid Agile/DevOps frameworks, implementing PMO governance, embedding AI and automation for reporting, managing complex dependencies, and mentoring project managers. Requires 8+ years IT project/program management experience, 5+ years with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), expertise in data networking and network security, and strong PMO governance skills. Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, Agile, and cloud/network certifications preferred. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

What you'll do

  • Drive governance and execution of high-visibility infrastructure programs
  • Ensure outputs increase business value and meet KPIs and technical standards
  • Lead transition from Waterfall to Hybrid (Waterfall + Agile/DevOps) frameworks
  • Implement standardized PMO governance across technical design teams
  • Embed AI and automation tooling to optimize reporting and project tracking
  • Serve as bridge between Solution Architects, Technical Management, and Business Stakeholders
  • Manage complex project dependencies and technical debt
  • Design automated dashboards for real-time executive visibility
  • Promote proactive risk management and early roadblock mitigation
  • Navigate and influence matrixed global organization and vendors
  • Mentor and coach mid-level and junior project managers

Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT project/program management experience
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, or global technical delivery initiatives
  • Technical proficiency in Data Networking and Network Security
  • 5+ years leading projects with major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience delivering complex IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid-cloud architectures
  • Expertise in PMO governance and Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
  • PMP or PgMP certification highly preferred
  • Advanced Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, A-CSM, SAFe) preferred
  • Cloud/Networking certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP) desirable
