Senior Professional, Client Leadership role managing a portfolio of about 45 nonprofit clients, including national organizations in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth by expanding use of Epsilon's data and audience solutions, building tailored data strategies for fundraising challenges, managing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and account management. Requires 3-5 years of client-facing sales or account management experience, preferably in nonprofit fundraising or marketing services, with knowledge of direct mail, list rental, cooperative databases, modeling, and digital donor acquisition. Must be skilled in interpreting campaign data and working with cross-functional teams. Interest in AI, machine learning, and digital activation is preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to travel are required. Salary range $72,000 to $108,000 annually. Locations include Westminster, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; and Irving, Texas.
