Full job description

Senior Professional, Client Leadership role in Brazil reporting to VP Sales. Responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding Epsilon’s market footprint. Lead prospecting, identify opportunities, build pipelines across brands and agencies. Use data-driven strategies with audiences, programmatic buying, and social media to win accounts and generate revenue. Build and implement sales strategy, manage pipeline, lead sales cycles, craft proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and represent company in client meetings and events. Requires 5+ years in new business sales in Advertising, Media, or Marketing technology, experience with AdTech/MarTech and programmatic solutions, proven track record in opening accounts and exceeding revenue targets, strong negotiation and closing skills, and Salesforce experience is a plus. What you'll do

  • Build and implement a new business sales strategy for the Brazilian market
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new clients (brands and agencies) through outbound and inbound initiatives
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progression through the sales funnel
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation and closing
  • Position Epsilon’s solutions by crafting customized proposals and value propositions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to design compelling solutions that win new business
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and opening new revenue streams within target accounts
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
  • Represent Epsilon in client meetings, pitches, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and generate leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in new business sales within Advertising, Media, or Marketing technology
  • Experience working with AdTech/MarTech and programmatic solutions
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and exceeding new revenue targets
  • Strong experience in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals from scratch
  • Hunter approach: proactive, resilient, and driven by winning new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with new collaborators and decision-makers
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous, showcasing report building & pipeline management
