The Product Enablement role reports to the Director of Product Training and focuses on AI-powered video content creation and technical training for enterprise SaaS products. Responsibilities include creating learning experiences, delivering training, and driving product adoption globally. Requires 5-8 years in technical product training or related roles, 5+ years with Cloud, Data, AI/Generative AI technologies, and proficiency with AI video creation tools and cloud platforms. Must collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently manage product enablement. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; certifications are a plus.
