Senior Product Trainer

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end enablement for one or more enterprise SaaS product lines
• Create engaging learning experiences and deliver technical training
• Drive product adoption across employees, partners, and customers worldwide
• Create AI-powered video content including product tutorials, feature walkthroughs, onboarding programs, release explainers, and digital learning experiences
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Transform complex product capabilities into impactful learning experiences
• Independently own product enablement from understanding new features through delivering learning experiences

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Technical Product Training, Product Enablement, Customer Education, or Technical Consulting for enterprise SaaS products
• 5+ years of experience working with Cloud, Data, AI/Generative AI, or related enterprise technologies
• Proven experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technical learning programs
• Experience creating product learning videos, feature walkthroughs, onboarding programs, release explainers, and other digital learning assets
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for content creation, video production, research, and productivity
• Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Experience independently owning enablement for one or more product lines
• Experience delivering technical training to global audiences and enterprise customers is preferred
• Passion for continuous learning, emerging technologies, and AI driven innovation in product enablement
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video creation and digital learning platforms such as Synthesia, Storylane, Camtasia, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Enterprise SaaS applications (Frontend & Backend concepts)
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Cursor, Amazon Q, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI, LLMs & Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, ETL, Databricks, Python (or similar technologies)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Cloud, AI, Data, or Learning Technology certifications are a plus
