The Product Enablement role reports to the Director of Product Training and focuses on AI-powered video content creation and technical training for enterprise SaaS products. Responsibilities include owning enablement for product lines, creating learning experiences, and driving product adoption globally. Requires 5-8 years in technical product training or related fields, 5+ years with cloud, data, AI technologies, and proficiency with AI video tools and cloud platforms. Must collaborate across teams and independently manage product enablement. Bachelor’s degree required; certifications are a plus.
