Full job description
Senior Product Support Analyst responsible for supporting Epsilon's core products by analyzing, triaging, replicating, testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical workarounds and suggestions. Requires strong hands-on experience with RHEL, Oracle DB, SQL, AWS, Shell/Perl/Ansible scripting, and general understanding of Java/.NET, networking concepts, and ITIL framework. Responsibilities include issue triage, risk assessment, escalation, driving issue resolution, documentation, and adapting to new technologies. Requires minimum 5 years of product support engineering experience, experience with web-based UI troubleshooting, supporting Java/.NET applications, Unix/Linux/Windows servers, AWS/Azure, SQL queries, vulnerability remediation, API/Webhooks knowledge, and managing critical P1/P2 incidents. Willingness to work 24/7 shifts is required.
