Full job description

Senior Product Specialist role in Go-To-Market Performance Media organization focused on social media product solutions. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and revenue growth, collaborating with sales teams, engaging with advertisers and agencies, providing enablement and training, simplifying complex solutions, and partnering cross-functionally. Requires experience in client-facing sales or account management roles, deep knowledge of paid social ecosystem and digital advertising, strong leadership and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. What you'll do

  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth for strategic advertisers with a focus on social media
  • Collaborate with sales teams to implement upselling and cross-selling efforts
  • Customize presentations and messaging to close knowledge gaps
  • Match customer needs with appropriate use cases
  • Engage with advertisers' and agencies' social teams to establish trusted partnerships
  • Provide focused enablement for priority sellers and support scalable regional playbooks
  • Host office hours for sellers
  • Translate advanced product solutions into clear, actionable strategies for clients
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to provide feedback and facilitate product testing
  • Conduct client segmentation and prioritization to optimize specialist support

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing positions within Sales, Sales Enablement, Account Management, or related roles at enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, or social media companies
  • Experience with XL/Whale client engagement preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the paid social ecosystem including campaign mechanics, audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and agency buying model
  • Advanced understanding of the broader digital advertising ecosystem and full-funnel performance strategies
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and persuasive communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to C-level clients and agency leads
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of bringing new advertising products to market
  • Consultative, insight-led approach to selling with ability to challenge assumptions and reframe customer thinking
