Full job description

Senior Product Specialist role in the Go-To-Market Performance Media organization focused on social media products. Responsibilities include driving product adoption and revenue growth through collaboration with sales teams, client engagement, and relationship building with agencies and social platforms. The role requires simplifying complex product solutions for sellers, providing enablement, and partnering cross-functionally to improve products. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in client-facing sales or account management roles, deep knowledge of paid social ecosystems, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The position is full-time, hybrid based in New York, with a salary range of $147,900 to $180,700 per year. What you'll do

  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth for strategic advertisers focusing on social media products
  • Collaborate with sales teams to implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Engage directly with clients, customize presentations and messaging, and share product expertise
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertiser and agency media and social teams
  • Provide enablement and support for priority sellers and regional playbooks
  • Simplify complex product solutions into actionable strategies for sellers and clients
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams to provide feedback and support product testing
  • Conduct client segmentation and prioritization to optimize specialist support

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing positions within Sales, Sales Enablement, Account Management, or related roles at enterprise-level advertisers, agencies, or social media companies
  • Experience with XL/Whale client engagement preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the paid social ecosystem including value proposition, KPIs, campaign mechanics, audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and agency buying model
  • Advanced understanding of the broader digital advertising ecosystem and ability to connect social solutions to full-funnel performance strategies
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Strong stakeholder management and persuasive communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-level clients and agency leads
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of bringing new advertising products to market in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Consultative, insight-led selling approach with ability to challenge assumptions and reframe customer thinking
