Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar cross-functional leadership roles
Experience handling multiple collaborators, challenging priorities, dependencies, and projects simultaneously
Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution capabilities
Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies
Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or complex situations
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and collaborator management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed decision-making approach
Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse groups
