StackAdapt seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives for its Marketing Orchestration suite, including data hub, workflow orchestration, direct mail, email, and analytics. This remote role requires 6-8+ years of product marketing experience in Martech or marketing automation, with expertise in multi-channel marketing tools and programmatic advertising. Responsibilities include developing GTM strategy, cross-functional leadership, sales enablement, market insights, customer feedback translation, workflow optimization using generative AI, and monitoring product KPIs. The role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and supports candidates across North America. Salary range for Ontario is $100,000 to $119,000 CAD base. What you'll do
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategy for marketing orchestration suite
- Reposition narrative from traditional email retention to connected, cross-channel execution
- Act as strategic partner to Product Managers, Client Services, and Sales
- Synthesize product roadmaps into cohesive multi-channel marketing orchestration story
- Collaborate with account management to bridge technical product knowledge gaps
- Author sales plays, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides
- Maintain deep understanding of market trends and cross-channel engagement landscape
- Deliver continuous insights to define StackAdapt’s unique market value
- Gather feedback from clients and commercial teams to identify friction points and trends
- Translate insights into business requirements for product management
- Use generative AI tools to optimize workflows and scale enablement collateral
- Establish, monitor, and report on product adoption KPIs, feature usage, and win-rates
- Iterate positioning strategies to maximize product revenue
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of dedicated product marketing experience
- Proven track record in platform product marketing within Martech or marketing automation ecosystem
- Experience at tier-1 marketing automation, CDP, or cross-channel engagement platform (e.g., HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, Attentive)
- Ability to translate complex technical data structures into business value
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing tools including email infrastructure, customer data hubs, workflow builders, and analytics
- Experience with direct mail automation preferred
- Proven experience creating structured sales plays, commercial discovery frameworks, and competitive battlecards
- Baseline understanding of programmatic ad tech space (DSPs, media buying) or ability to quickly learn complex advertising concepts
