Tatari is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Upstream team to own backend and API-facing features in the bid stream auction, develop exclusion and scoring logic, and write clear product requirements. Responsibilities include managing product work in the optimization layer, running product discovery, managing publisher and partner integrations (VAST, RTB), monitoring live campaign performance, supporting programmatic team requests, and partnering with data science on scoring models. Candidates must have 4+ years of product management experience, technical knowledge of ad tech infrastructure, hands-on experience with VAST and/or RTB, strong data reasoning skills, ability to write clear PRDs, fluency in Ukrainian and English, and be based in Ukraine or Europe.
