Join Smartly as a Senior / Lead Product Manager to lead product development of the media management platform for programmatic and paid social advertisers. You will shape the product vision, roadmap, and execution for campaign management capabilities across advertising channels. Responsibilities include gaining customer insights, leading product discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features, working with advertising partners, developing go-to-market strategies, conducting client workshops, and managing stakeholder relationships. Requirements include 5+ years in product management (preferably B2B SaaS), leadership skills, experience launching software products, proficiency in data analysis, a relevant degree, ability to work onsite in Helsinki at least 3 days per week, excellent English, and willingness to travel internationally. What you'll do

  • Gain deep customer insights to define product priorities and problems to solve
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research and prototype testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product vision and roadmap
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog and prioritize feature development
  • Work closely with paid social or programmatic advertising partners to understand opportunities and co-create value
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and demand
  • Conduct client workshops and presentations to showcase product capabilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact products and driving user or revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in launching successful software products and features
  • Background in technologically complex domains, such as digital advertising
  • Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
  • Ability to work from the Helsinki office at least 3 days per week
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
