Full job description

PubMatic seeks a Senior Product Manager for Monetization to lead strategy and execution of products enhancing bid stream signal quality and enrichment. Requires 5+ years in AdTech product management, preferably programmatic advertising, with strong technical background (B.S./M.S. in CS or Engineering preferred). Responsibilities include owning RTB platform roadmap, implementing AI/ML solutions, ensuring platform reliability, cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and KPI tracking. Role involves domestic and international travel. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). Compensation range $165,000-$200,000 plus bonus, RSUs, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Own strategy and roadmap for RTB platform to maximize advertising spend
  • Develop and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Monetization
  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance bid stream data and optimize monetization
  • Drive scale, reliability, and stability of RTB Ad Serving platform
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts for insights and product direction
  • Oversee execution of product roadmap initiatives ensuring efficient and scalable development
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success and refine strategy
  • Represent company at industry events and advisory forums
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the AdTech space, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising expertise
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • Proven experience with real-time data processing, AI/ML applications in AdTech, and large-scale bid stream signal management
  • Deep understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding), DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment methodologies
  • Strong ability to identify new monetization opportunities by bridging cross-functional insights and leveraging engineering capabilities
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in customer-facing engagements and discovery conversations
  • Ability to juggle multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
