Full job description

PubMatic seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for its RTB platform focused on mobile monetization and AI/ML enhancements. The role requires 5+ years in AdTech product management, expertise in programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment. Responsibilities include owning product roadmap, implementing AI/ML solutions, ensuring platform scale and reliability, collaborating cross-functionally, engaging customers, overseeing delivery, tracking KPIs, and representing the company at industry events. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. What you'll do

  • Own strategy and roadmap for RTB platform to maximize advertising spend, focusing on Mobile Monetization and optimizing performance dollars
  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance bid stream data and optimize monetization opportunities
  • Drive scale, reliability, and stability of the RTB Ad Serving platform
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and company objectives
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights, identify pain points, and shape product direction
  • Oversee execution of product roadmap initiatives ensuring efficient and scalable product development
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success of product initiatives and refine strategy using data-driven insights
  • Represent PubMatic at industry events, Customer Advisory Forums, and QBR/ABR meetings
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in the AdTech space, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising expertise in Mobile app ecosystem
  • Proven experience with real-time data processing, AI/ML applications in AdTech, and large-scale bid stream signal management
  • Deep understanding of RTB (Real-Time Bidding), DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment methodologies. Performance DSP experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to identify new monetization opportunities by bridging cross-functional insights and leveraging engineering capabilities
  • Self-starter with strong leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in customer-facing engagements and discovery conversations
  • Ability to juggle multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from well-known Institutes / Universities
