Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a senior product manager to lead the development of TV planning and measurement solutions. The role involves designing an outcomes measurement suite, expanding measurement capabilities, defining KPIs and data pipelines, consolidating planning tools, and partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams. The candidate will lead engineers, manage product strategy and roadmap, and deliver product discovery, documentation, and execution. Requirements include 4+ years of product management experience, strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (DSP and SSP), technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. A bachelor's degree is required; technical or MBA graduate degree is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office), based in New York, San Carlos, Redwood City, and Baltimore. Salary range in New York is $165,000 to $195,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.

What you'll do

  • Design a comprehensive outcomes measurement suite across key categories
  • Expand measurement capabilities to include deeper performance insights, categorical outcomes (foot traffic, web conversions, sales lift), incrementality, and cross-screen reach & frequency
  • Define core KPIs, data pipelines, reporting structures, and customer narratives
  • Consolidate various planning capabilities into a clear, unified experience
  • Partner with Engineering and SSP teams to leverage metadata, viewing and inventory models into forecasting
  • Partner with Sales, Account teams, and Marketing to position measurement and planning products for marketplace success
  • Act as subject matter expert in measurement and product development
  • Conduct discovery work and build new products at the intersection of data, measurement, and customer needs (e.g., Conversions API)
  • Deliver core product work including discovery, documentation, alignment, roadmapping, capacity planning, delivery, and execution

Requirements

  • Ability to lead a team of engineers in building and maintaining innovative TV planning and measurement solutions
  • 4+ years of actionable product management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering meaningful solutions adopted by the advertising ecosystem
  • Sophisticated understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSP and SSP systems and architectures
  • Ability to translate technical details and business goals into an actionable product strategy
  • Strong communication skills with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Experience working with Engineering to scope, design, develop, QA, and bug fix new planning and measurement solutions
  • Use of automation and AI architectures to drive innovation and efficiencies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or MBA graduate degree a plus
