Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Experience Platform to lead strategy and execution of foundational platform capabilities across the Pinnacle ecosystem. Responsibilities include delivering scalable platform foundations, creating unified global information architecture, standardizing platform processes, partnering with Engineering and Architecture for extensible systems, defining platform KPIs, establishing governance for shared services, building CMS and localization frameworks, operationalizing accessibility standards, and scaling self-service support platforms. Requires 5+ years product management experience with platform/infrastructure ownership, systems thinking, strong communication and leadership skills, experience in enterprise SaaS, and knowledge of accessibility and localization best practices. The role is hybrid based in New York City. Salary range is $111,000 to $222,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Deliver a cohesive, scalable platform foundation that enables faster product innovation across Pinnacle
  • Create a unified global information architecture and navigation experience that improves usability and cross-product discoverability
  • Standardize cross-product platform processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and long-term maintainability
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure systems are extensible, resilient, and built for long-term scale
  • Define and track platform-level KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and overall ecosystem health
  • Establish strong governance for shared services to reduce fragmentation and improve operational reliability
  • Build scalable CMS and localization frameworks that enable rapid content iteration and seamless expansion into global markets
  • Work in close partnership with Product Design to operationalize accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) across shared components and workflows
  • Partner with Technical Writing team to scale DV’s self-service support ecosystem (Freshdesk Knowledge Base and Docusaurus Developer Portal) to increase customer autonomy and reduce support burden

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, infrastructure, or shared systems at scale
  • Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to align technical architecture and user experience across complex ecosystems
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication skills and effectiveness operating within matrixed, multi-product organizations
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and localization best practices within global product organizations
