This senior full-time product management role focuses on the growth, strategic direction, and performance of Cognitiv's Custom Algorithms product. The position is hybrid with 3 days in-office (Mon-Wed) and 2 days remote optional (Thu-Fri) in New York City, Bellevue, or San Mateo. Responsibilities include leading product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, partnering with Data Science and Engineering to set model goals and quality standards, monitoring campaign performance, driving adoption and revenue growth with Sales and Customer Success, establishing scalable delivery processes, conducting market research, and providing cross-functional leadership. Requirements include 5+ years in product management or data science/ML engineering with product ownership, experience with ML/deep learning products, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven commercial ML track record. Bonus points for programmatic advertising experience, experimental design knowledge, hands-on modeling or coding skills, and familiarity with privacy and data onboarding. Salary range is $175,000 - $210,000 base plus equity.
