Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy for CTV Advertiser Success within Moloco Ads. The role involves owning the roadmap for insights and reporting products, partnering with Data Science to improve campaign performance, and developing integrations with CTV measurement partners. Candidates should have 4-8 years of product management experience in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing, with strong skills in translating complex data into clear product experiences. Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement ecosystems is preferred. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Menlo Park, CA or Seattle, WA. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $225,000 USD, with a competitive benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Own the product strategy for CTV Advertiser Success within Moloco Ads
  • Build capabilities that help advertisers understand, trust, and improve campaign performance
  • Own the roadmap for insights and reporting products delivering reliable, transparent, and actionable data
  • Drive advertiser outcomes by partnering with Data Science to analyze, diagnose, and improve campaign performance
  • Develop integrations with key partners across the CTV measurement ecosystem to enable holistic performance visibility
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and execute the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with campaign performance data, analytics, or measurement systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product experiences and insights
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around product direction
