Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Creatives team to lead the development of an in-house product for creative production and management across video, CTV, audio, DOOH, display, and native ads. The role involves owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered content generation and multi-channel creative experiences. Responsibilities include leading 0→1 initiatives, defining product vision and requirements, collaborating with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML integration, defining success metrics, working with Creative Studio, building platform integrations, and supporting customer-facing teams. Candidates must have proven product management experience shipping complex software, success in leading cross-team initiatives, experience in AdTech/MarTech or creative platforms, strong AI/ML knowledge, technical background, design sensibility, excellent communication, prioritization skills, and leadership by influence. The position is full-time, remote, open to candidates in Canada and the United States. What you'll do

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for video/CTV creative builder, AI-generated and brand content products, and creative integrations
  • Lead 0→1 initiatives from research to launch and adoption
  • Translate complex cross-team problems into clear vision and actionable requirements
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering on AI/ML and generative content capabilities
  • Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and make data-informed decisions
  • Work with Creative Studio to align tooling with creative workflows and brand standards
  • Build new integrations with external platforms
  • Communicate proactively across the organization to keep stakeholders aligned
  • Support customer-facing teams by resolving questions and triaging bugs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager at a technology company with a track record of shipping large, complex software products end-to-end
  • Demonstrated success leading 0→1 initiatives spanning multiple teams
  • Experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, or creative platforms, preferably with creative-building or generative AI products
  • Strong fluency with AI/ML and generative AI concepts
  • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Keen design and creative sense balanced with technical depth
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear, structured writing and communication skills
  • Strong prioritization instincts
  • Leadership style rooted in influence and independent judgment
