Full job description

StackAdapt is seeking a senior product manager to lead the Campaign Execution team. The role involves owning the roadmap, defining long-term vision, and delivering product specifications to enable marketers to execute campaigns with AI-driven automation. The candidate will collaborate with engineers, designers, QA, and adjacent product managers. Requirements include 5+ years of product management experience, problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and communication abilities, and a preference for Martech or technical background. The position is full-time and remote, open to candidates in the US and Canada. What you'll do

  • Own and create the roadmap and define the long term vision for the Campaign Execution team
  • Rethink campaign building experience through an AI-first lens and transform workflow into a more intelligent and automated experience
  • Deliver product specs that capture user needs with clear direction for engineering, design, and QA teams
  • Drive features through to completion delivering high-quality results and creating products that increase customer engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex projects across multiple milestones
  • Problem solver able to identify problems, understand them deeply, and figure out different solutions
  • Ability to drive features through to completion, delivering high-quality results while dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent collaborator with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams
  • Keen design sense to understand features through a user’s eyes
  • Strong written communication skills to capture and distill ideas and build consensus
  • Martech experience preferred but not required
  • Computer Science or Engineering background preferred but not required
