Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

• Drive day-to-day product execution, ensuring timely delivery of features
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions
• Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning with business objectives
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new features
• Use data and KPIs to measure product performance and inform prioritization
• Align product initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration
• Identify and mitigate risks in product delivery
• Support go-to-market activities with marketing and sales teams
• Drive post-launch evaluations and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
• Provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates when needed

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g. for analysis, research, documentation, or ideation) as part of everyday product work
