Full job description

Senior Product Growth Manager role at Pacvue, a leading eCommerce advertising software company. This role bridges product team and market, focusing on strategy and intelligence rather than pure product management. Responsibilities include conducting customer discovery, writing product strategy summaries, monitoring platform and ecosystem changes, organizing cross-functional feedback, managing product narratives for partners, collaborating on go-to-market materials, and improving product request workflows. Requires 4-6+ years experience with 2-3+ years in product management and related strategy or marketing roles, experience with customer interviews and feedback, go-to-market coordination, data analysis, and strong written communication. What you'll do

  • Conduct structured customer discovery including interviews, advisory touchpoints, Gong signal analysis
  • Write product strategy summaries for Pacvue's emerging product suite
  • Stay current on platform updates, channel changes, and ecosystem shifts across programmatic, retail media, and social commerce
  • Gather and organize feedback from CS, Sales, Support, and Gong into clear summaries
  • Own product narrative for ecosystem partner conversations and prepare materials for external industry touchpoints
  • Collaborate with PMM to identify and highlight value and industry context in GTM materials
  • Partner with Business Solutions and Sales Enablement to manage external product requests and improve workflows

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of total experience
  • 2–3+ years in product management
  • 2–3+ years in product strategy, product marketing, or growth-adjacent function
  • Experience in structured customer conversations such as interviews, feedback sessions, advisory touchpoints
  • Exposure to go-to-market launch coordination for software or platform products
  • Comfort with data and usage metrics analysis
  • Strong written communication skills
