Full job description

Tatari is seeking a senior product designer with 6+ years of experience and strong design-systems expertise to lead product design and advance the design system. The role involves leading discovery and delivery phases, conducting UX research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving design culture. Candidates must have expert skills in interface, interaction, and visual design, fluency in Figma, and experience with complex B2B workflows. Benefits include $160,000-$190,000 salary plus equity, health insurance, 401K, education benefits, unlimited PTO, and hybrid work with 2 days in office per week.

What you'll do

  • Lead product design process from discovery through delivery
  • Create usable and focused designs applying best practices
  • Facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and UX research
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Leadership and engineering
  • Rationalize UX solutions with data and user feedback
  • Iterate solutions within technical constraints
  • Influence and improve design culture and operations
  • Provide design frameworks and lead workshops

Requirements

  • 6+ years designing digital products with demonstrable design-systems experience
  • Built or substantially evolved a design system
  • Expert-level execution in interface, interaction, and visual design
  • Strong attention to layout and hierarchy
  • Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
  • Comfort with component architecture
  • Experience with dense, workflow-heavy B2B surfaces
  • Data visualization experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and align teams
  • Self-directed, able to lead initiatives and own results
  • Curious about new tools and technologies, including AI
  • UX/Product design portfolio or case studies (minimum of 2) demonstrating unique perspective and contribution to shipped products
  • Resume demonstrating relevant skills and expertise
