Full job description

Tatari is seeking a senior product designer with 6+ years experience and strong design-systems expertise to lead product design and advance design consistency. The role involves leading discovery and delivery phases, conducting UX research, collaborating with leadership and engineering, and improving design culture. Candidates must have expert interface, interaction, and visual design skills, fluency in Figma, and experience with complex B2B workflows. Benefits include $160,000-$190,000 salary plus equity, health insurance, 401K, education benefits, unlimited PTO, and hybrid work with 2 days in office. Location: Los Angeles, CA.

What you'll do

  • Lead product design process from discovery through delivery
  • Create usable and focused designs applying best practices
  • Facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other UX research
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Leadership and engineering
  • Rationalize UX solutions with data and improve designs through feedback
  • Understand technical constraints and iterate solutions accordingly
  • Influence and improve design culture and operations at Tatari

Requirements

  • 6+ years designing digital products with design-systems experience
  • Expert-level execution across interface, interaction, and visual design
  • Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
  • Comfort with component architecture
  • Experience with dense, workflow-heavy B2B surfaces
  • Data-visualization experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-directed, able to lead initiatives and own results
  • Curious about new tools and technologies (AI)
  • UX/Product design portfolio or case studies (minimum of 2) demonstrating unique perspective and contribution to shipped products
  • Resume demonstrating relevant skills and expertise
