Full job description

Tatari seeks a senior product designer with 6+ years experience and strong design-systems expertise to lead product design and advance the design system. Responsibilities include leading discovery and delivery phases, conducting UX research, collaborating with leadership and engineering, improving UX with data, and influencing design culture. Required skills include expert interface, interaction, and visual design, fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping, experience with complex B2B workflows, strong communication, and self-direction. What you'll do

  • Lead product design process from discovery through delivery with empathy
  • Create usable and focused designs applying best practices
  • Facilitate design thinking exercises, brainstorms, and workshops
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and other UX research
  • Collaborate with Design and Product Leadership and engineering
  • Rationalize UX solutions with data and improve designs through feedback
  • Understand technical constraints and iterate solutions accordingly
  • Influence and improve Tatari Design culture through frameworks and workshops
  • Co-own design operations

Requirements

  • 6+ years designing digital products with demonstrable design-systems experience
  • Expert-level execution across interface, interaction, and visual design
  • Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
  • Comfort with dense, workflow-heavy B2B surfaces
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-directed, lead initiatives, and own results
  • Curious about new tools and technologies (AI)
  • UX/Product design portfolio or case studies (minimum of 2) demonstrating unique perspective and contribution
  • Resume demonstrating required skills and expertise
