Full job description

Senior Principal, Product Management role leading the product strategy for CIP, a platform centralizing corporate data into enterprise intelligence. Responsibilities include developing product vision and roadmap, guiding development of data products, liaising with senior business partners, defining success metrics, driving adoption, and continuous improvement. Requires 8+ years product management experience in data or analytics products, strong communication skills, hands-on leadership, and technical understanding of data analytics technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, AI/ML, and BI platforms. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Located in Irving, Texas. Salary range $132,800 to $246,600 annually.

What you'll do

  • Develop and own product vision and multi-phase roadmap for CIP
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics use cases
  • Guide end-to-end development of CIP data products
  • Work with product managers, data engineering, and analytics teams
  • Serve as primary liaison to senior business partners
  • Capture requirements and align CIP deliverables with strategic needs
  • Secure collaborators' agreement on CIP capabilities, governance, and rollout
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for CIP
  • Monitor and report on metrics to refine product strategy
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of CIP
  • Partner with enablement and communications teams for training and demos
  • Address cultural or process barriers to adoption
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in data, analytics, and AI
  • Continuously improve CIP capabilities and governance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience including leading data-intensive or analytics products
  • Experience setting vision for complex products and translating business objectives into roadmaps
  • Track record of driving enterprise data initiatives or BI platforms
  • Outstanding communication and partner management skills
  • Ability to engage with C-suite and functional leaders
  • Experience overseeing development teams or complex projects
  • Strong understanding of modern data analytics technology
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption
  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical or business field preferred)
  • MBA or advanced degree in Data Science, Information Systems or related field is a plus
