Full job description

Lead AI adoption and transformation initiatives globally for Epsilon as a key technical leader reporting to MD, Epsilon India. Design and implement AI systems focusing on infrastructure, architecture, governance, and compliance aligned with Publicis Groupe strategy. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to develop scalable, secure AI solutions. Develop solution blueprints, drive technical implementation, and contribute to AI revenue growth. Stay updated on AI advancements and act as SME to influence innovative business solutions. Responsibilities include designing AI architecture, collaborating across teams, selecting technologies, integrating AI systems, monitoring performance, ensuring ethical and compliant AI governance, and leading strategic technology direction. Requirements include 15+ years in enterprise architecture, 5+ years in AI technologies and governance, leadership experience, expertise in LLMs, ML Ops, cloud AI platforms, AI governance, and software engineering. What you'll do

  • Design and develop foundational AI architecture and solutions including ML pipelines and NLP
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions
  • Recommend technologies, platforms, and tools for AI system development and deployment
  • Ensure AI systems integrate with existing business processes and IT infrastructure
  • Monitor AI system performance, identify improvements, ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability
  • Design policies, processes, and technical frameworks for ethical, secure, and compliant AI systems
  • Automate AI governance to enable safe innovation scaling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to AI governance policies
  • Stay updated on AI and ML advancements and implement best practices
  • Drive AI adoption and transformation initiatives globally
  • Develop solution blueprints and contribute to AI revenue growth
  • Act as SME to influence and innovate AI solutions impacting business
  • Lead development of strategic technology direction and architecture vision

Requirements

  • Experience leading and delivering multi-functional global initiatives
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture
  • 5+ years of deep expertise in AI specific technologies and governance
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and implementation methodologies
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI industry
  • Proven track record influencing senior leadership and partnering with CXO teams
  • Experience mentoring senior technical leaders
  • Organizational and transformational leadership experience in agile operating model
  • Strong grasp of value creation and business capability models
  • Innovative with continuous improvement approach
  • Demonstrated ability to drive decisions
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, ML Ops, traditional AI/ML
  • Proven history delivering large AI programs including integration of operational systems, APIs, batch/streaming pipelines
  • Deep understanding of AI system governance, security, data privacy, model integrity, observability, cost management
  • Proficient in cloud technologies and enterprise AI/ML platforms
  • Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent collaboration, orchestration frameworks, alignment techniques
  • Experience leading strategic technology direction and architecture vision for large organizations
  • Developed technology target states and roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Expert-level software engineering experience
  • Experience partnering with hyperscalers and technology vendors for build vs buy evaluations
