Full job description

Kevel is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect for a fully remote, full-time role based in the UK, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Hungary, or other EU countries. The role involves driving successful post-sale implementation, integration, and adoption of Kevel's API-driven retail media solutions. Responsibilities include becoming an expert in Kevel APIs, owning customer technical success, providing onboarding and training, troubleshooting, building relationships with technical stakeholders, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, and contributing to documentation and best practices. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in pre- or post-sales or technical roles, preferably with retail media or programmatic advertising knowledge, strong REST API and JSON skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset.
